Workshop with Track management team @SBB!

Today, we had a productive workshop with the SBB track management team. We introduced our methodology to estimate intervention requirements, their costs, and required possession windows in the early phases of the intervention planning process. The workshop was well-received and we had a very good discussion afterwards. We exchanged feedback and ideas on how to improve and adapt this work to the specific needs and challenges of the SBB network. I am looking forward to working more closely with the SBB team to find the best ways to implement this work and support their decision making in the intervention planning process.
